Software Update Drivers

The Software Update Drivers are needed by Emma for device communication.

Installation Instructions

For Users Outside Sony Mobile Communications

• Please download and install the software update drivers package. Note that administrator access is required.
  
• Start Emma again

For Sony Mobile Internal Users

• Start Software Center
• In the Applications tab search for "Software Update Drivers"
• Install the drivers
• Start Emma again
