Where to get help


Service Center, CS Users

  • For Dongle & Dongle-user support: Please contact mail DL: CS-Emma-dongle.
  • For other Service Center users, please refer to your:
    • local Repair management interface
    • or CU CS contact person.



Market Unit users


For Emma account support, please refer to your local MU User administrator.




Internal Sony Mobile Users


For internal Emma account and SW preparation and release support, please contact mail DL: SLM-EMMA-ADMINISTRATION.






For other tool & system related support, please contact Global helpdesk.



To help us help you, please include the following in your error report:


  • Your Emma user name
  • Which version of Emma you are using
  • A step-by-step instruction to recreate your problem
  • Emma log file, if possible.





1. I have not received any verification email:

1) Please check your trash/junk/filter mail folders

2) contact your IT support

3) contact your Sony Mobile contact.

2. I have forgot my password or want a new verification email:

To reset your password or request a new verification email, please find the Get new password link in the Emma Client.

3. The verification link in the verification mail is not working:

It is only valid within 24 hours.

1) Please request a new one via Get new password link in the Emma Client

2) contact your Sony Mobile contact..
